Returns and Refunds Policy

Please read this policy carefully.

Digital products

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and advance received. How ever in certain cases partial refund can be made after diducting certain charges.
Any digital product such as domain name, template, theme, plugin etc. purchesed on behalf of client from thirdparty will not be consider for refund anymore.
Service Charge, Maintanence Charge, Fees are not refundable.
Any premium digital product which is/are included with a plan will not be treated as free for ever. User are not alow to download that product any more.
Any premium digital product/tools which are included as free with a plan, are restricted to use only with our hosting service.
